Foot Reflexology

Hot Stone Reflexology

Combining traditional Foot Reflexology with the soothing warmth of basalt stones, this treatment offers an extra level of comfort and relaxation.

The gentle heat helps to relax tired feet and ease muscular tension, creating a wonderfully calming treatment that's perfect when you need some well-deserved time for yourself.

Facial Reflexology

A beautifully calming treatment using gentle pressure on reflex points across the face to encourage deep relaxation, ease tension and support overall wellbeing.

Many clients leave their treatment feeling calm, refreshed and revitalised.

Reiki – 30 Minute Add-On

Reiki is a gentle complementary therapy designed to encourage deep relaxation and a sense of calm and wellbeing.

It works beautifully alongside Reflexology and is currently available as a 30-minute add-on to selected treatments, allowing you extra time to relax, unwind and enjoy a deeper relaxation experience.

Hopi Ear Candling

A soothing complementary therapy offered as part of a relaxing wellbeing experience. Many people enjoy the calming nature of the treatment and report feeling relaxed and refreshed afterwards.

While Hopi Ear Candling has traditionally been associated with the ears, nose and throat, there is no reliable scientific evidence that it removes earwax or treats medical conditions.
